
Greetings Everyone,
I have had a crazy couple of weeks, so I have not been at the computer or had time to write much with the Raw Integration....Basically I have been having my green smoothies most days for breakfast, and as much raw veggies as I can for snacks.....Supper has been SAD most days just due to my cravings for Bread and Eggs mostly...cheese a little bit and Sugar!
Anyway, I have been keeping my mind on the goals of 80% Raw, more water and more exercise......and I am aware when I go off the wagon too much and days when I eat well.....I wanted to share an interesting meditation retreat - experience called Vipassana check out - Vipassana Meditation Course that if I am accepted will be attending this fall. My goal is to create better awareness of my body to facilitate better eating and mindfulness of my emotions.
